This workshop is an introduction to PRODDY. A small piece will be completed during the class. It will feature flowers, each prodded with a different shape of proddy petals. Centers will be hooked. Leaves may be hooked or prodded. The crowning glory of your artwork is the sweet little hooked basket.
PRODDY is an old-fashioned British variation of rug hooking using shaped pieces of wool fabric lifted up with a hook, wool prod, or prodding clasp. This technique is PERFECT for creating beautiful three dimensional blossoms!
Cost: $85 which includes backing and wool to complete the project. And a proddy tool.
Please bring your mask and lunch.
